We believe in offering opportunities to grow and develop the talents of all young people in the Uk. Pathways into employment can be difficult and we offer tailor-made engagement programmes that help to create that fluid and cushioned transition from education to the labour market.
 

 Young people face significant challenges entering the jobs market, primarily driven by a lack of experience and intense competition. In 2025 there is an estimated 946,000 young people (12.7%) aged 16-24 in the UK were NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). We prioritise engagement and rehabilitation and help make those first steps to becoming economically active.

 Everyone can remember a positive educational experience and these can be instrumental in helping young people determine their career path; having people around who have the long view of skills acquisition; being involved in real life consultancy exercises; developing skills sets for an ever-evolving worlds and having the right tools all add up to a rich experience that will create purpose and dedication to the path ahead.
